“Sound baths” as they are often called can be seen through various lenses and provide several beneficial uses including stress reduction, emotional processing, physical and mental rejuvenation, and spiritual uplifting. To experience this kind of acoustic soundscape therapy simply sit or lie comfortably, close your eyes, and listen. Headphones / earbuds are recommended. Take a deep breath whenever needed.
